Thank you for being accommodating to the public 7 days a week! I live in Mint Hill and the bakery here (Daphnes Bakery) is always closed and NEVER open during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the week of Christmas Eve. The hours are set to be accommodating for the staff and not for the customer. Your cakes are delicious and fresh. Your prices are much more affordable too! Is it possible you could open a store closer to Mint Hill. Your store would make a ton of money due to the lack of customer service at Daphnes
I needed a last minute birthday cake. I called the Matthews location and they were gracious enough to get one together for me with a smile. The cake was beautiful and delicious. It is hard to come across a person/business that still put customers first. I will be back!

Such a sweet shop! The staff are always so pleasant and their cakes are amazing. They’re the best gifts for loved ones or a little treat for yourself! The white chocolate raspberry is absolutely delicious 🫶 excited to come back for my birthday! 🎉
Came in around Christmas eve and it was super busy… but loved how the employees still treated us kindly and helped us out. We were checked out by Lilah who had some of the best customer service from a young person we’ve had this entire holiday season. I understand the holidays are busy but she had a great work ethic and answered all our questions with ease. She’s a great employee and we hope to see her at our next visit. Overall, great time and very thankful for our pleasant experience that christmas eve.
Cecilia was very friendly. She greated me with a smile and told me to have a wonderful day. All food experiences should be as warm and friendly. And the bundles speak for themselves. A spectacular cheat treat every now and then.

My family and I love Nothing Bundt Cakes. This location in Matthews is our favorite. The customer service is always top tier and they are always so helpful. We have to locations closer to me but we prefer coming to Matthews location. Always have a good experience and the cakes are always so delicious. A few times I asked the staff members what they recommend and I was told a couple of choices and tried them and they were really good. Highly recommend this location. You won't be disappointed.
